Rob and Mary Ann Konecny

Rob grew up in Michigan, early on he had an entrepreneurial and achievement oriented mindset starting as a Boy Scout and having his own newspaper route. Mary Ann followed a similar path in the Girl Scouts and now is a Girl Scout Leader. While growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, Mary Ann began her career in restaurant management and was co- captain of her college cheerleading squad. In 1985 Mary Ann, having a talent for singing, competed for the title of Miss Pennsylvania after winning the Miss Geneva College Pageant, and received a Degree in Counseling. After high school Rob served four years in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer. After the military, Rob attended Delta College and Central Michigan University earning degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Justice. In 1989 Rob and Mary Ann both moved to Arizona where they met and they married in 1992. Rob began his career as a Police Officer for the City of Tempe and Mary Ann as a restaurant manager for Applebee's. Applebee's awarded Mary Ann the District Employee of the Year Award in 2003. In 2005, Rob and Mary Ann first met Frank McKinley who exposed them to network marketing and real estate investing. By the end of his first year in network marketing Rob was able to retire from the Police Department four years earlier than expected. One year later Mary Ann was able to quit her job. Since that time both of them have been able to work from home spending precious time with their two children. Rob has authored a chapter in the book titled The Advantage of Real Estate, Connecting Your Network to Your Networth. Rob and Mary Ann believe strongly that you lead by example and both of them have done just that while training countless numbers of new employees, officers, distributors and real estate investors during their careers.
